4. Outsourcing of Personal Information
Within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use, we may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information obtained from customers to external contractors. In such cases, we conclude a contract that includes confidentiality provisions with the contractor and appropriately manage and supervise them.
5. Notification of the Purpose of Use of Personal Information
When a customer requests disclosure of the purpose of use or the content of their personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we will confirm that the request is from the individual and respond promptly. However, this shall not apply in any of the following cases.
- (1) When the identity of the individual cannot be confirmed
- (2) When the personal information we hold cannot be identified based on the content of the request
- (3) When we are not obligated to disclose under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws
- (4) When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
- (5) When there is a risk of impeding the proper execution of our business
- (6) When it would violate laws and regulations

6. Disclosure, Correction, Addition, and Deletion of Personal Information
If a customer wishes to have their own personal information disclosed, corrected, added, or deleted (hereinafter "correction, etc."), we will confirm that the request is from the individual and respond promptly when we determine it necessary. However, we cannot disclose or make corrections, etc. in any of the following cases.
- (1) When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
- (2) When there is a risk of significantly impeding the proper execution of our business
- (3) When it would violate laws and regulations
- (4) When it concerns personal information entrusted to us by a third party without the authority to disclose it
- (5) When we are not obligated to disclose or make corrections, etc. under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws
As a rule, we do not accept requests for disclosure or correction, etc. from family members. However, this shall not apply when we deem it necessary. We may charge a separate fee based on actual costs for handling disclosure, correction, etc. If we are unable to respond, we will promptly notify you to that effect and the reason. 7. Right to Refuse the Use or Provision of Personal Information
If a customer requests that we suspend the use or provision of their personal information, and we determine that we should comply, we will confirm that the request is from the individual and respond promptly. However, we cannot comply in the cases (1) to (5) of "6. Disclosure, Correction, Addition, and Deletion of Personal Information." When we take measures to suspend use or provision, we will notify you without delay. If we are unable to respond, we will promptly notify you to that effect and the reason. 8. Appropriate Management of Personal Information and Risk Response
We rigorously manage personal information throughout its lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, and take appropriate preventive measures against risks such as the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information (including unauthorized access, loss, destruction, and falsification). In the unlikely event that such a risk materializes, we will strive to grasp the situation quickly and take corrective measures without delay. We also make all employees aware of the importance of protecting personal information and work to manage it appropriately.
9. Procedures for Changing this Privacy Policy
We review the operational status of our handling of personal information as appropriate, strive for continuous improvement, and may change our personal information protection policy as necessary. However, where the consent of the customer is legally required, we will obtain the customer's consent by the method prescribed by us.
10. Compliance with Laws, Government Guidelines, and Other Norms
In handling the personal information we acquire, we comply with laws, government guidelines, and other norms concerning the protection of personal information.
