Information Security Policy

Established: January 10, 2025

As a data partner supporting cutting-edge AI research and development, BORDERLESS JAPAN CORPORATION (ANOSUPO Division; hereinafter "we" or "us") recognizes that appropriately protecting information assets—including the information entrusted to us by our customers—is fundamental to our business and a social responsibility. To maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, we have established the following Information Security Policy, which our officers and all employees comply with.

Basic Policy

   Compliance and Internal Regulations

   We comply with the laws, regulations, and norms concerning information security, as well as contractual requirements agreed with our customers. We establish internal regulations to fulfill these and ensure they are understood and observed by all employees.

2. 02.

   Risk Management

   We analyze risks such as leakage, falsification, loss, and damage to information assets, conduct regular risk assessments, and implement the necessary and appropriate safety-management measures.

3. 03.

   Framework and Education

   We appoint an officer to oversee information security and establish a management framework. We also continuously provide security education and training to all employees, and assign work only after confirming their level of understanding.

4. 04.

   Inspection and Auditing

   We regularly inspect and audit compliance with our policy and regulations, and promptly correct any deficiencies identified.

5. 05.

   Incident Response and Business Continuity

   We maintain response procedures in preparation for information security incidents. Should one occur, we promptly assess the situation and work to minimize damage and prevent recurrence. We also maintain a management framework for business continuity.

6. 06.

   Continual Improvement (Management System)

   We operate an information security management system based on ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS) and pursue continual improvement by setting and reviewing objectives.
