Yes. Under a management framework based on ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS), ANOSUPO handles the annotation of confidential data. Work is performed on a no-retention, no-local basis, we sign NDAs with all staff, and we separate teams per project. We never repurpose the data entrusted to us to train our own AI.

Work data is never stored on local devices; it is viewed and worked on only in the cloud ("no-retention, no-local"). Only company-issued PCs and designated accounts are used, and communications are encrypted with SSL/TLS. After a project is completed, the work data is physically deleted.

Work is performed only on company-issued PCs and accounts designated by us; the use of personal or shared accounts is prohibited in principle. Passwords must be at least 10 characters combining uppercase, lowercase, and numbers and may not be reused, and operating systems, software, and browsers are always kept up to date.

All data exchange is carried out over SSL/TLS-encrypted communication. Attachments are password-protected, with the password sent in a separate email. In addition, we deploy a mis-delivery-prevention tool to all staff and enforce a pre-send check.

We sign NDAs with 100% of the staff involved, and they participate with a clear understanding of the penalties for violations. In addition, only staff who pass a security training course and comprehension test (a passing score of 80 or higher) are assigned to projects.
